Ken Chu Faculty Fellowships Application

Fellowship Details

The Ken Chu Faculty Fellowship in Public Administration will be made available to a faculty member in a School of Public Administration in a Chinese university.  The fellowship is intended to support research on local government and administration in Canada, and allows the recipient to participate in the activities of the Local Government Program at the University of Western Ontario.  The Fellowship is held for a period of between eight and twelve months, starting in September 2016. Each Fellowship, valued at $50,000, will assist with the costs of salary support, research, travel and accommodation, and living expenses.

To Apply

Required Documents:

  • Letters of application, 1-2 pages;
  • A comprehensive curriculum vitae, less than 5 pages;
  • A statement of research interests, 3-5 pages;
  • English-language academic writing sample (optional but recommended)
Application can be received either by Mail or Email. Only successful candidate will be contacted and interviewed.
